www.FatLossBlogger.com - Day 3 of my P90X program and I worked arms, shoulders and stomach today. I had the best day so far, but that training is still a murderess. I also had the opportunity, the PowerBlock dumbbells, which I bought and they are using pretty sweet. They are very well done and great space-saving time when compared to a standard set of dumbbells. Finally, I had a great day again with the P90X nutrition plan. Staying on schedule! Thanks again to those who have left encouraging comments, soappreciate knowing!
